Hotel Milodon offers free WiFi and a tour desk for guest assistance. The property is located in the centre of Puerto Natales, just 100 meters from the main square. Rooms at Hotel Milodon all feature private bathrooms and TV with cable channels. A daily breakfast buffet with local ingredients is included, 7am to 10am. Laundry services can be arranged upon request. Additionally, free public parking is possible on site. Puerto Natales’ Ultima Esperanza Beach and Boardwalk are 400 metres away while Milodon Caves are 24 km away. Torres del Paine National Park is 100 km away. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
