LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this supplement, guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD and present a copy of the immigration card and passport. Guests paying in local currency will also be charged this fee. In case of no-show, the invoice will be issued in the local currency and will include the VAT supplement. VAT is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
