A brand-new, highly comfortable sofa is also available, which conveniently converts into a double bed for additional guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with essential appliances and cooking basics, including a dishwasher, gas burners, an electric oven, and a large refrigerator, ensuring a functional and convenient culinary space. A hallway seamlessly connects the living room to the primary bedroom, which includes a 43-inch Smart TV, ample closet space, a heater for cooler nights, and access to a private balcony—offering a cozy and well-appointed retreat. Within the hallway, you'll find direct access to the loft’s private bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor of the building, equipped with an automatic washing machine and dryer. Each machine operates on a pay-per-use basis at a cost of 10,000 Colombian pesos, payable directly at the time of use. While the apartment includes a designated washing area, it does not contain its own washer or dryer—requiring guests to use the building's shared laundry services.
