With a privileged beachfront location in Bocagrande, the hotel offers a panoramic rooftop swimming pool with a modern cocktail bar. There are private balconies, spa facilities and free WiFi. At Capilla de Mar, air conditioned rooms are elegantly styled and feature flat-screen cable TV. There are suites with a dressing room. All bathrooms have showers with toiletries, some of them have baths. A full breakfast with world famous Colombian coffee and tropical fruits can be enjoyed. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.

Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met.

In case that the cardholder isn't the same as the guest, the hotel requires a clear copy of the credit card and photo ID (front and back) signed by the cardholder. The property will cancel any reservation suspicious of using fraudulent credit cards.
