Offering an indoor pool and a spa and wellness centre, W Bogota is a modern hotel located in the capital’s popular Usaquen district. · Non-residents in Colombian territory, and foreigners, will be able to access the VAT exemption for accommodation only, those who book tourist packages (accommodation plus hotel services) and have in their passport the stamp marked with the PT permit, (tourism permit ), subject to review at check in upon presentation of the passport.
· If invoicing is required on behalf of a company, the benefit of VAT exemption may be lost, the VAT, if generated, will be 19%, in all cases.
All our food and beverage services are excluded from VAT and with a 0% Consumption Tax in compliance with article 46 of Law 2068 of December 31, 2020.
