Green Turtle Townhome #2 is brand new, Private Garden, Pool and Rooftop! Only 3 Blocks from Tamarindo beach and downtown tourist area! Construction finished November 2022 and it is fully equipped for a worry free vacation! Walk to restaurants, shops and the beach and don't miss sunset you are there:) ! A modern open layout overlooking the garden and pool to enjoy this home with family or friends! Hauler monkeys pass through our property trees tops all the time so look up if you hear them & take some pictures! PuraVida! Green Turtle Townhomes is a small complex of 4 modern designed Units in a tropical setting with privacy within each unit and every unit with their own individual pool & garden.

Neighbourhood information

We are in a quiet residential neighborhood just a couple of blocks from dozens of restaurants , bars, and tourist shops, surf boards rentals and surf classes, banks, pharmacies, grocery and liquor stores, atvs and golf cart rental places, etc. You don't need a car if you will stay here and don't mind walking 3 blocks to the beach and the commercial downtown area. Some guests rent golf carts during their stay or for the day. If you visiting many nearby beaches within 20 min to an hr from Tamarindo then a car is best option.
