This unic villa and the furniture are all brand new(just finished). The house enjoys a stunning and unobstructed sea view from all rooms of the house. The private pool is 11 metres and 140 cm depth. The pool is with salt chlorinated system.There is a barrel sauna with red cedar wood. Fiber internet speed There is a greek island style solid juccuzy on the balcony facing the Mediterranean sea. The beach in front of the house is perfect.shallow and sandy. All furniture are handmade from teak wood and also bedsheets and towels are top quality. If you are looking for calm and relaxing holidays this is the best place for you. Located at Pervolia Larnaca. Note that the photos are not professional, so the villa is better nearby.

We made this house from the begining for short term rental purpose. Me and my wife have experience in hosting people as we had other houses before. We live in Pervolia next to Blue aura villa so we can help you easily and fast with anything you need.
5 minutes away by foot is the centre of Pervolia village where you can find taverns with traditional Cyprus food, supermarkets, farmacy, ATM. 2km from the house is maybe the best restaurant in Cyprus called 'THETA Mediterranean '. The centre of Larnaca is 12 minutes by car. Kiti village with some famous pubs with good drinks and food is 3 km away. Very near from here is Kahuna kite-serf club
