Charming ground floor apartment with breathtaking golf and sea views from its large private garden - set in a tranquil location. The pretty garden (also well grown-in offering privacy) is the absolute highlight and it is situated just a few steps to the communal pool. Plenty of space for sunbathing, BBQing, dining and enjoying the peace and quiet. Inside the apartment you have all the home comforts you could need for a self-catering stay. The spacious, open-plan living and dining area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV (with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels), bluetooth speaker and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is modern, well equipped - with dishwasher and coffee machine. Both bedrooms are double rooms. The master room has an ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, as well as a separate shower and his and hers sinks. The second double room has access to a second bathroom which has a large shower unit. The apartment comes with free, reliable Wi-Fi and is fully air-conditioned throughout.
