Centrally located in the Greek-Cypriot part of Nicosia City and within the main shopping district, Manolia City Residences offer modern accommodation with free WiFi. Fitted with wooden floors, all rooms and suites at Manolia are air conditioned and open out to a balcony. Each has a minibar, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a shared kitchenette with dining area. Some units also have a kitchenette and a living room. Designer stores, restaurants and bars can be found nearby, while the old part of the city is around a 5-minute walk away. Exquisite designer stores, restaurants and nightlife venues as well as the main businesses and touristic landmarks are 2 - 10 minutes walk from this superb residence, making this the perfect place to begin your exploration of the city or do business. Please note that from MAY until NOV 2019 there will be ongoing road works/construction in our Street which may cause some noise disturbance and road closure in some instances. Access to the building will be from Makarios III Avenue ( via Koukouvaya Bistro Bar corridor) to Stasikratous.
