The Penzion Pod Zámkem is located in a historic building, a former tannery. Its history is first mentioned in the town books as early as 12.7.1687. The stone entrance, vaulted ceilings and original wooden beams have been preserved. The Historic Penzion Pod Zámkem is situated directly on the banks of the Nežarka River in Jindřichův Hradec, overlooking the castle and is situated 130 metres from the main square. It offers free Wi-Fi, a garden, free parking, bike storage and breakfast included in the room rate. All rooms have satellite TV, a minibar , a desk and a coffee and tea set. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a bathrobe. The guest house has a restaurant Apetit, which serves international cuisine and Czech specialities.
