Restaurants, fishing facilities, boat hire, a children's playground and a riding stable are in the immediate vicinity and the beautiful Lobbe Baltic Sea beach is just a few steps away (approx. 4 km). Bicycle hire can be organised through the owner. (There is also a separate thatched-roof holiday home on the farm with three holiday apartments for two to four people, DZV537, DZV538 and DZV539). The approx. 40 square metre non-smoking flats are located on the first floor and can be reached via a shared staircase. They have a large living room with upholstered furniture, a flat-screen TV, fridge and coffee machine, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC. Guests also have access to a lounge on the ground floor (which also serves as a breakfast room), a communal terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, a car park, a bicycle storage room and free WiFi. Smoking is permitted outdoors. The total price includes breakfast, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed. Alt Reddevitz is a former fishing village on Germany's largest island of Rügen and is located on the Mönchgut peninsula, on an approx. 5 km long headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, directly on the Rügischer Bodden, an offshoot of the Greifswald Bodden. The village offers the best conditions for cycling, hiking, fishing (fishing licences available directly in the village), horse riding and swimming and is known for its small cake factory in the cafe „Moccavino“. The well-known Baltic seaside resorts of Baabe, Sellin and Binz are approx. 6 km, 8 km and 18 km away respectively.
