The approx. 55 square metre non-smoking apartment with separate entrance is centrally heated and has a large living room (sofa bed for two people, TV, radio, CD and DVD player) with open-plan kitchen (dining counter, electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC and insect screens on the windows. There is also a seating area in the large garden, a barbecue, car park, bicycle storage, WLAN and a high chair for the children's dining area. The playground equipment in the garden may be used. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Pets are not allowed in this property.
