Company information

BENSIMON are a combination of our nicknames (Ben & Simon). For many years we have been best friends and business partner. Since during our studies we used every free minute to travel the world together. So it was obvious when we weren’t in the city to rent our own apartments to tourists. From these rentals a lot of great friendships and experiences have emerged, so we have turned our hobby into a profession. Our mission is very simple since the beginning: Our job is to ensure you as our guests an unforgettable & perfect stay. You should feel like at home from the beginning and if you need something we care about. In this sense we wish you a great time in Berlin.

Property information

The bright apartments are located in a beautiful house with the Berlin-typical old belly arms. They have a spacious kitchen, 1-3 bedrooms (with a large flat screen TV) and a bathroom. In the fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) is also a cozy dining area with large dining table. The bathroom is bright and has a modern shower. Towels and bedding are of course included in the price. Cots are available on request. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The Check-In is online and contact-less. For your comfortable stay you will find an elevator in the building. Please note that the elevator stops in the intermediate floors of the stairwell and you only have to climb a few steps to the apartment. The city tax fee applies to all overnight stays. It is 7,5% of the total booking price (net price) excluding VAT and fees for amenities and services. The tax is collected by us during the online check-in and then transferred to the state budget.

Neighbourhood information

Various Berlin highlights can be easily explored by public transport, whether the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstrasse, the Kurfürstendamm or Checkpoint Charlie. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find many very nice bars, great restaurants and a variety of unique shops.
