This traditional country guest house boasts a typical Bavarian flair within a family-friendly atmosphere. It is situated in the beautiful Starnberger 5-Seen-Land region, in the village of Frieding. The Der Obere Wirt zum Queri hotel offers spacious rooms decorated in a traditional Bavarian style. Free wireless internet can be accessed throughout the hotel. In the mornings, the Obere Wirt provides rich breakfast buffets. The restaurant serves traditional Bavarian dishes featuring natural ingredients and meat from the Wirt's organic Angus cattle farm. Sit back under the shade of chestnut trees with a cool beer in the hotel's lovely beer garden, where you can also enjoy bavarian and local dishes. Many hiking and cycling paths lead directly past the property, and you can take boat trips on the nearby Ammersee Lake (4 km). Munich is a 30-minute drive away and free parking is provided on site.
