Guests will receive one key upon arrival (and a second key if desired) and a garage remote control.

The keys and garage remote control are to be returned upon departure.

The loss of a key requires the locking system to be changed and will be charged at 200 euros.

The holiday apartment must be returned in the same clean condition.

Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee at a rate of 25 euros per hour.

Drugs, to include recreational drugs such as Marijuana are strictly prohibited inside the holiday apartment and on the property.

Smoking of cigarettes and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the holiday apartment.

Smoking is restricted and we ask our Guests to smoke outside on the east-facing balcony overlooking the driveway.

All doors and windows must be closed.

Please use the ashtray located underneath the kitchen sink and dispose of cigarette buds appropriately.

An ozone cleaning fee will be charged in the amount of 375 euros if anyone smokes inside the holiday apartment.

The apartment is not baby proof and is not suitable for children under the age of 2 years.

The holiday apartment has stairs and two balconies and therefore, Guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children traveling with them at all times to include excessive noise or damages.

Parking is prohibited on the driveway.

There is one designated parking spot in the garage for a standard sized vehicle.

Oversized vehicles will need to park on the street.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am — please refrain from making unnecessary and excessive noise, especially after 8 pm.

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Turn off the lights and all electronics when not in use. For fire protection reasons, the use of your own electrical devices with a power output of more than 100 watts must be approved by the hosts.

In particular, cool boxes, cooking appliances such as deep fryers or heaters may not be operated in the holiday apartment.

We care about the environment and we recycle; please dispose of trash in the designated bins and recycle items according to provided guidelines.

Recycling bins are labeled in the storage/recycling room (inside the holiday apartment).

Please dispose of residual waste from the kitchen and bathroom bins in the black trash can located outside, next to the mailboxes.

The host will take care of organic waste and the recycling items from the storage/ recycling room.

Do not leave food out to attract pests and only dine in the dining room. Inform us immediately of any damages or issues during your stay.

Guests are financially responsible for any damages they cause during their stay.

Please review the “Arrival Guide” binder located in the kitchen on top of the dining table for a complete list of House Rules, WLAN information and Check Out procedures.
