This ground-floor apartment guarantees an undisturbed and restful stay, supported by the quiet and friendly neighborhood. Inside, guests are welcomed to a 45 sqm, functionally designed living space. The apartment has a tastefully decorated living and dining area that seamlessly merges, including an attached sleeping area. The separate bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed provides ideal sleeping comfort, while the sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping options for guests. For convenience, there is also a washing machine and a dryer for sole use, complemented by kitchen appliances such as a ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and kettle. The outdoor area features a private terrace that provides direct access to the carefully maintained communal garden. This is the perfect spot to relax in peace and enjoy the green surroundings.
