The 2021 renovated, fully equipped vacation home on 90 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of land has a fireplace, a kikker, children's playground for children of all ages, campfire site, gas and coal grill and much more, the full comfort in the middle of the tranquility of nature. The house with its own terrace is located directly on the constantly rushing mountain river with its many waterfalls, a pleasure even at night because of the great lighting, perfect place for garden parties and is surrounded by slate rocks for climbing or admiring. Three minutes walk to the indoor swimming pool! The road ends at the house and starts the hiking route, ideal for nature lovers, mountain bikers, bikers, hikers, musicians and all those who want to escape the noise of today's world, or want to make noise without disturbing others (nearest settlement 1 km away). A vacation home which is completely rented - self check-in with key box. You can cater for yourself, it is up to you how you arrange and use the house. Have fun.

Fantastic surroundings, the Laufenbach with its many waterfalls and rocky banks flows directly in front of the house; also a pleasure at night because of the great lighting. The house is located in the middle of the forest and yet 10 minutes walk from the popular old town of Monschu, 18 km to the wonderful Rursee with its great water sports activities. You can also swim in winter in the Monschauer Vennbad which is 200 metres away. The house with a great view is surrounded by Rock walls to climb or admire. The house is located directly on the famous Eifelstieg, with access to countless hiking routes. Directly at the house the road ends in front of the nature reserve, ideal for nature lovers, mountain bikers, hikers, sailors and all those who want to escape the noise of today's world, or want to make noise without disturbing others (nearest settlement 1 km away). A wonder of nature in a marvellous landscape.
