Built in 2013, these apartments are located in the heart of Berlin, only 2 minutes’ walk from Alexanderplatz Square and the Television Tower. Free WiFi is available in the entire building. Each apartment at Vision Apartments Berlin GmbH is decorated with modern-style furnishings. They all offer a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and some are fitted with a balcony. The rental price includes all ancillary costs, as well as a broad array of additional services: wireless Internet, satellite TV with international channels, weekly changes of bed linen and hand towels and regular refill of soap and toilet paper. The final cleaning after departure is also included in the rent price. In the basement, the tenants may use shared laundry room with washing machines and tumblers free of charge. For an extra charge and depending on the availability, a number of additional services, such as laundry or extra cleaning cab be offered. Upon request we can also provide supplementary furniture and parking spaces.

The nearby tram, metro and bus stations ensure perfect public transport links. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the main railway station, while both airports of the city, Berlin Schönefeld and Berlin Tegel can be accessed within 30 minutes. All means of public transport are available within a few minutes’ walk providing direct connection with the Congress Centrum, main railway station and both airports.
