Ideally located just 100 metres from the River Rhine in the small town of Assmannhausen, this family-run hotel boasts free Wi-Fi and classically decorated rooms. It is set 50 km from Frankfurt. Each of the bright rooms at the 3-star Hotel Zwei Mohren is simply furnished with satellite TV. All rooms offer a private bathroom with free toiletries, and there is a small seating area in each. Some also have a sofa. Guests are invited to enjoy the daily breakfast buffet served at the hotel, while the restaurant has a variety of regional dishes on offer. Coffee and cakes can be eaten on the sun terrace with river views. Hotel Zwei Mohren is a perfect base for exploring the Rheingau countryside, and boat tours are also available in the town. Rüdesheim am Rhein’s centre is just a 10-minute drive from the hotel. While the city of Mainz is 40 km away from the hotel, the town of Wiesbaden is a 30-minute drive away.
