Cook together in the beautiful cottage kitchen Decorated in a Nordic style with retro elements and quality materials, the house creates a warm atmosphere. The large windows in the living room give you a breathtaking view of Lake Moses while you enjoy the peace and quiet inside. The living room floor has underfloor heating, which invites you to spend cozy moments inside in winter with a good coffee from the house espresso machine. The bathroom is an extension of one of the rooms. The large lawn around the house invites both relaxation and activity. Here you'll find a built-in sandbox on the terrace, space for ball games and a fire pit. You can swim and catch crabs from the jetty by the beach. A short walk along the beach takes you to the local campsite where you can buy ice cream. The area offers plenty of opportunities to spot deer, squirrels, herons and birds of prey. Meet Stine We are a family with 3 children who all fell in love with this unique place with the protected Maemose on a cold winter day, and we have since discovered its magic in all seasons! "Smulten" as the cottage has always been called for generations, is an old lady with charm, now with some modern updates like underfloor heating, making it even more cozy. We love the combination of beach and lake so close by. We always go for a row in the "backyard" in the cottage's small rowboat, where we catch many exciting fish such as pike and eel, or settle down with coffee and lunch at the table-bench set. We care about creating cozy corners for both children and adults, and we continuously improve the house and enjoy the process of making it even more special. In the summer season 2025, we're looking forward to installing an outdoor shower, among other things.
