The charge for the reservation will appear on the credit card statement in the name: Inversiones Punta Laguna, S.A.S. For more information about the charge for this reservation, please contact the hotel. The name on the credit card used to make the payment must match the name of one of the guests on the reservation. The same credit card and government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in. Payments are not accepted at the hotel. Unpaid reservations will be cancelled prior to arrival. If an invoice is requested, it will be issued by Inversiones Punta Laguna, S.A.S., based in the Dominican Republic.
