For bookings within 48 hours, kindly contact us before you book. Construction work is currently taking place on the other side of the lagoon (expected to finish by end of March). The lagoon is wide enough to still maintain your privacy. Once completed, the water scenery in front of the house will be unmatched. El Gouna management has strict rules related to noise levels to ensure tranquility. Excessive noise and music are not allowed after 10:00 pm and may be subject to a fine if reported by neighbors. Swimming pool cleaning and garden maintenance happen early in the morning. There is a private car parked on premises. Additional space for at least 2 cars available.
