Villa Rayan is very special from the moment you walk through the private gates, your eyes will be very pleased to see the privacy and peacefulness Villa Ryan provides. From the fruit trees, encompassing the private pool to the natural design and layout of the garden and entrance to the property. The Furniture; Facilities; Garden&Pool are of the highest standard, no expense has been spared on this property. From the moment you enter the villa, you will experience the feeling of peace; serenity, and satisfaction. Once you are here you will enjoy those feelings and the atmosphere that surrounds you. You will love my Villa and you won't ever want to leave. I am confident you will never find a property in Hurghada to compete with Villa Ryan, I would go further and say possibly the world. But don’t take my word for it come and enjoy your stay and everything in this lovely place.
Welcome to Villa Ryan my name is Sayed. I studied Hotel Management at University here in Egypt and I have worked in that industry for 20 years. From conferences, business meetings, and individual holidays I learned how to give the best to my customers, I really enjoyed it and now apply those same standards to my own rental property. I am a creative person and allied to my work experience, you can clearly see how that has been applied to my property. I am very ‘hands on’ and will only accept the best for my customers and I am very demanding of my staff to maintain the highest standards, particularly in the present climate. I'm friendly and I like to spend good quality time with my friends. I like the sea especially snorkeling; squad Safari; traveling and discovering new places; Camping I love nature; Documentary movies; History; Languages; Arabic Calligraphy. Cooking especially grilling (BBQ) I love the most :)
Due to the perfect location of Villa Rayan, you can enjoy the view of the Sunset over the Red Sea Mountains from the Roof Terrace and view the pretty garden and pool at the same time. You are 200 meters from our private beach the same distance to all the restaurants, cafes, and shops. There are traditional restaurants, along with the more internationally known KFC, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, etc. You are a two-minute walk from supermarkets (not superstores), pharmacies, fresh fruit and vegetables, cafes, and restaurants. Close by is the bowling centre and hotels for you to use the water sports facilities. You can take boat trips to islands, desert trekking, camel/horse riding, quad biking, and a glass-bottomed boat to view the amazing Red sea. You will never be bored; all you need is to organize your program while you are here and find out what you would love to do. Languages spoken: Arabic, German, English
