Centrally-located, with plenty of cafes, restaurants & super markets on your doorstep. Calpe Costa Blanca & Playa del Arenal-Bol beaches only 350 mtrs away. Flat overlooks 1 of 2 Pools & mini golf. New to the letting market, recently refurbished with split air conditioning units, one in main living area leading to master bedroom, and 2nd in guest room. The guest room has twin beds which can be pushed together as a double. The living room has a sofa bed which pulls into another double bed.
While we aren't available to meet in person, please feel free to contact us via messaging or WhatsAapp should you need.
Centrally located, plenty of good supermarkets, resturants, cafes, bars all in walking distance. Calpe is a wonderful town to walk, with so many interesting cafes, bars and shops to be enjoyed. Uphill you will find it's beautiful old town which is a pleasure to wander. Note: There is no private parking with the apartment, however free parking can be found at Parking Public C.San Fermin,43,03710 and Aparcamiento Mercado 03710 Calp both open 24 hours, with many others a little further away. Fee paying parking maybe available closer to the apartment but it is advised to check this out for your travel times as can be seasonally affected. Travelling from Alicant Airport: Check out Beniconnect Shuttle - we personaly have found their service exceptional, efficient and good value.
