The capacity of the property is 12 people (including babies) and there is the possibility of adding 2 more places for an additional cost. Situated in the peaceful, elevated landscape of northern Mallorca on a private, 50,000 m2 plot of land, Ca’n Gatulux is one of the most luxurious holiday villas in Pollença and offers the most stunning views over the bay as well as an absolute dreamlike interior. Finished in December 2017 with the best appliances and decorated with both contemporary artworks and local artifacts, the stylish, barrier-free holiday villa consists of a light-flooded living room with a fireplace and smart TV with international channels, a very well-equipped, modern kitchen with an adjacent dining area, 7 luxurious bedrooms as well as 7 bathrooms and a half-bath. Ca’n Gatulux can therefore accommodate 12 adults. Further amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, heated floors, as well as air conditioning and heating throughout the house with individual thermostats in every room. Additionally, the villa is extremely well-adapted to accommodate all kinds of age groups: it is child-friendly with its baby cots, highchairs, stair gates, bed guards, toys and its safety fence for the pool, but it also can easily accommodate elderly guests: one bedroom and bathroom is fully outfitted for wheelchair use, there are no stairs to access any of the main areas and all bathrooms have safety rails in the showers. Outside, the massive garden and terrace invite you to sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers, or to prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and share them together at the tables.

There is also the 60 m2 saltwater pool, a large hot tub that is always heated at 35ºC, a ping pong table, and a wooden playhouse that contains toys and inflatables for the pool. A great selection of shops, restaurants, and cafes as well as the infamous Mallorcan nightlife and beaches are located in Puerto Pollença, about 10 km or a 10-minute drive away. A golf club is additionally only a 3-minute drive from your front door. Parking spaces are available on the property for at least 10 cars. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Weddings, parties and events of any kind are not allowed. The swimming pool can be heated for an extra fee (available from March until mid November). 4 hours of cleaning services are included once or twice a week depending on the length of the booking.
