Located just a few minutes from the coast of Cala d'Or, this charming villa for 8 people is the perfect retreat for a peaceful holiday in the countryside without giving up the sea. The incredible exterior of the house, has a large chlorine pool of 9x4 meters and a depth of up to 2 meters surrounded by lawn, sun loungers and umbrellas where you can relax in the sun. In addition, the villa has a porch furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals, and a terrace that offers different charming corners where you can enjoy a drink at sunset or a relaxed evening by the fixed barbecue. Moving inside, the villa combines a functional design with a cosy atmosphere that will make you feel at home. Distributed over two floors, it consists of a spacious living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room with space for all guests and a modern kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook like at home. To complete the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. Going up to the first floor, you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms; two with double beds and one with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. Up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available on request. Finally, the house has a laundry area, iron and ironing board. Please note that the road to the entrance is shared with another property but in the house you have total privacy.
