Luxury village house in the middle of the historic center of Javea. In a quiet street with terraces, shops, restaurants around the corner. The harbor and the sea are also within walking distance (about half an hour). Ground floor Access with entrance code (keypad). Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The kitchen includes a nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and sink. Living room with sitting area, pellet stove and air conditioning (hot and cold). Patio doors to small patio with storage (washing machine and dryer). 1st floor Television corner. Bedroom (air conditioning hot and cold) with 2 single beds and small balcony. Bathroom with walk-in shower. 2nd floor Bedroom (air conditioning hot and cold) with 1 double bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Small bedroom with 1 single bed (no air conditioning, with mobile ventilator). Roof terrace Spacious seating area. Outdoor kitchen with fridge and sink. Parking Paid parking is available in the covered garage in the center of Javea (Carrer de Miguel Hernández 4, under Plaza de la Constitucion).
