Welcome to our recently renovated and designed in a California coastal style attic apartment of 40 m2! The location couldn't be more central, it's surrounded by various restaurants, bars, clubs, and Malaga's main cultural activities. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a gorgeous historic building and is equipped with everything you may need for both short and long stays. Thanks to the attic ceiling and design, the space looks and feels cozy. There are two main areas, bedroom and living room. The bed is queen-sized (160 cm). There are also an AC unit, an in-built closet and a full length mirror. There is a sofa that could be transformed into a bed for 1-2 adults or 2 kids. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, oven, electric stove, knives, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining table for 4 people. The bathroom is fully renovated. We provide you with all the bathroom necessities: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, first aid kit. The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. Additional services:
