The property has two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a modern living room. The highlight are the two terraces. From the upper terrace you have an indirect sea view to two sides as well as a fantastic view to the pool. The terraces have a sitting area and sun loungers. The cosy living area has a living room with a leather sofa and a dining corner, which directly adjoins the kitchen. The complex Parque Santiago II is located in the quietest and sunniest area of Playa de las Americas, the holiday paradise in the south of Tenerife. Directly at the so-called 'golden mile'. This apartment is located directly at the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas, in a very central location, but nevertheless in a quiet residential area in the probably most popular holiday resort in the south of Tenerife. The complex has a large pool with a very well-kept and beautifully landscaped garden. There is also a children's pool, a pool bar and a cafeteria, where you can have a snack in between. Within the complex there are bars, restaurants, a pool shop and several hairdressing studios. From the balcony you have a fantastic view to the sea and over the shopping street, which invites with many restaurants and shopping possibilities for shopping and strolling.
