Las Carolinas is a hospitality school where young hoteliers and chefs come to train. It is a restored 19th-century mansion with 5000m² of gardens, and it offers free Wi-Fi throughout. Rooms at Las Carolinas Garden feature simple décor, with light wooden furniture and floors. All have a bathroom with an exterior window and hairdryer, a desk and a TV. Some offer garden views.
