The 94m² apartment is modern, comfortable and fully equipped, overlooking the garden and the pool. This spacious apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third has a trundle bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. The entire room is distributed on one level, and also offers an independent kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The spacious living room has a dining table and two comfortable sofas, flat screen satellite TV, free WiFi and double doors that open onto a wonderful terrace with a dining table and chairs to relax on. In the common parts of the residence there is the garden with a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children, a paddle tennis court and a play area for the little ones.

The property is very well connected to the rest of Jávea, close to the Port, the beaches, the restaurants, the pharmacy and the supermarket. The urbanization is quiet, ideal for couples with children or small groups.
