The accommodation of 44 m2 is located on the first floor and has a small private patio with comfortable chairs. The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

This neighbourhood is quite centrally located: Malaga is known for its historical and cultural charm, and being in the centre will provide you with easy access to many places of interest, such as museums, art galleries, restaurants and shops. - 18 minutes walk from Plaza de la Merced. - A 25 minute walk from Calle Larios. - About 25 minutes walk from the central beach of La Malagueta. It is also worth mentioning the proximity to local markets, grocery shops and the opportunity to experience authentic Malaga life. Public transport, such as bus stops or taxi stops, is very accessible. Furthermore, it is very easy to explore the city on foot and get a taste of Malagueña life. Despite the central location, the flat is located in a quieter area but at the same time close to more lively and vibrant areas. You can describe the local atmosphere and enjoy this wonderful city!
