Reservations of 5 or more rooms or 10 or more nights may be subject to special policies and supplements.
Upon arrival, guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation. If none of the guests is the owner of the credit card used for the reservation, the property must be contacted in advance.
Once the free cancellation period has ended, and even if the reservation does not require advance payment, the hotel may send a link to a secure payment platform to pay the amount of the stay.
The Hotel is smoke-free. According to Law 28/2005, smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in the rest of the public areas of the Hotel. In case of non-compliance, the Hotel will proceed to charge your credit card €150 for extra cleaning and sanitation.
Please note that baby cots/cribs are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property.
