El Chaparral is a peaceful residential area nestled between two stunning natural salt lakes—Lago Rosa (the famous pink lake) and the green lake of La Mata Natural Park. These unique landscapes offer opportunities for nature walks, birdwatching, and photography and contribute to the area’s clean air and calming atmosphere. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and local, with cafés, small shops, and parks nearby. A short drive takes you to Torrevieja’s beaches and town centre. Transport links are good. Local bus lines (B, G, Los Montesinos–Hospital de Torrevieja) stop within a five-minute walk at Centro de Salud San Luis, connecting to Torrevieja, Elche, and beyond. The AP‑7 motorway and Alicante and Murcia airports are easily reached by car in around 35 minutes.
