IMPORTANT Our apartment has a lift directly to the door. Please note that not all apartments have a lift. There is one bedroom with a very comfortable 150cm double bed (viscoelastic mattress), a private en-suite bathroom (with a bathtub) and access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90cm, viscoelastic mattresses) and access to the terrace. There is another full bathroom (with a shower) in the hallway. The SPA (heated pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna) is open from OCTOBER to MAY. The outdoor pools are open from JUNE to SEPTEMBER. The apartment is perfect for enjoying a few days on the coast of Almería, exploring its beaches, gastronomy, coves and natural landscapes. The apartment has a living room with a 40" TV, 2 sofas, and an indoor dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace has a table and chairs and is an ideal place to eat. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, toaster, fridge... The kitchen has a small table with 2 chairs and gives access to a terrace where the washing machine is located. The residential complex has 2 outdoor pools open from June to September. For the rest of the year, you can enjoy the SPA, which includes a heated pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and foot bath, ideal after a day exploring the area. The complex is very large and has a children's play area, 2 paddle tennis courts and a tennis court.

The apartment is located 1.7 km from the beach, which is very spacious and has ample parking available year-round. At 2 km, there is a commercial area with restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets (Consum, Mercadona, etc.). There are numerous activities to enjoy, including a water park, wakeboard park, beaches, coves, nature walks, bike paths, local cuisine, a club with trampolines and attractions for children, go-karts, and more.
