Room27 is a recently renovated guesthouse located in the historic center of La Laguna, very close to the main places of interest and shops in the city. The location is ideal to spend a few days on the island or take a work trip due to its proximity to the Tenerife North airport (10 minutes), Santa Cruz (15 minutes) and the northern area of the island.
The accomodation has single, double and triple rooms and has a bright and equipped roof terrace where guests can have a coffee and breathe fresh air.
The rooms have just been renovated and have comfortable beds, remote control fan, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, wardrobe and a desk. There are shared bathrooms, sinks and showers separated by cabins and by gender to maintain privacy with towels, gel and shampoo or hair dryer available to clients. The property also offers laundry services.
Room 27 is a cozy place with a great location to enjoy La Laguna and the rest of the island.
