The apartment is set in a privileged location in the mid-zone of the ski village. At about 100m away from the building, the “Maribel” piste runs close by offering almost “door-to-door” skiing for intermediates confident on blue graded slopes. For lower level skiers & boarders, the mid-stop of the “Parador” chairlift is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, also about 100m down the road from the apartment building. This chairlift drops down to the central squares where the main gondolas are located for access to the main ski area. This apartment, renovated in 2019, offers a truly homely setting for up to 5 people. Located on the first floor with views out towards the slopes, the apartment offers two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, a compact & well equipped kitchenette and a comfortable open plan living area split into two areas for dining and lounging. The lounge is bright and homely. There is a 43 inch smart-TV with Netflix, YouTube and other such applications including USB and HDMI ports for attaching external consoles and drives. There are also traditional board games provided to offer a more classic family entertainment source. The apartment comes with free WIFI.

The principal attraction of Sierra Nevada is for the snow and skiing activities during the winter months and the hiking and mountain biking opportunities during the summers. If you need any information about skiing in Sierra Nevada including classes, lift passes, equipment hire etc., please contact us for assistance. For visitors who do not ski, you can take a trip to the beautifull city of Granada which is about 40 minutes away or enjoy the Spa at one of the resort's most prestigious hotels or simply enjoy the mountain atmosphere and take a walk in the vicinty. There is also the Mirlo Blanco recreation area designed for non-skiers and families with children comprising a series of activities including skibikes and a "Russiian Sleigh". In the summer, this is the ideal place to visit for peace and tranquility whilst avoiding the intense Spanish heat often found at lower altitudes around Granada with heaps of hiking opportunities, mountain biking routes, climbing etc..
