It features a total of five bedrooms, with two bedrooms furnished with double beds, one with two single beds, and two with a single bed, accommodating various sleeping arrangements. For convenience, there are two bathrooms: the master bedroom boasts an en-suite with a shower, while a second bathroom offers a bathtub, supplemented by a separate toilet. The interior is beautifully designed with an elegant living room equipped with a smart TV, two sofas, and a decorative fireplace, seamlessly connected to a dining room. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, complemented by an additional dining area for casual meals. The street is very quiet, quite close to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and at the same time far away from all the hustle and bustle. Supermarkets, cafes, bars, bakery and health centre are within walking distance. In this area of the city, you will find a wide selection of restaurants that will satisfy all culinary tastes. By car it takes very little time to reach the beaches and if you prefer to walk, in 10 to 15 minutes you are already enjoying a swim at the coast. The nearby area offers numerous hiking trails as well as surfing spots for beginners and advanced surfers. Public transport links are within walking distance.
