The apartment is located in the very popular town of Mojacar Playa with its beautiful backdrop of the Sierra Cabrera Mountains The property has everything you could need for a comfortable self contained holiday. Free wifi and air conditioning 'PLEASE NOTE' FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION, AND CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, THE AIR CONDITIONING WILL SWITCH OFF AFTER 2 HOURS OF CONTINUOUS USE BUT CAN BE SWITCHED ON AGAIN EASILY BY GUESTS.' The property has a well equipped kitchen including oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, iron, ironing board and plenty of utensils. There is a comfortable double bedroom, and a further 2 single beds in the large lounge that can either be stacked for additional seating or made into another double bed. The bathroom comprises of a shower over a bath tub, toilet, hand basin, hair dryer and storage. There is a lovely sunny terrace off the lounge with table and chairs which easily seats 4 people. It is situated on the 5th floor with lift access and gated limited private parking 1 level up and free on street parking. There is also a ground floor gated private car park. Situated in a private secure community with a large pool and immaculate tropical gardens. A 5 minute walk downhill and you will reach the glorious stretch of beaches and long palm tree lined promenade for walks by the sea. There are numerous bars and restaurants offering every type of cuisine. There is a large TV, DVD player, small stereo system with CD's and books for guests to use. There are also some beach chairs and parasol for guests use.

Aoife takes care of the property on behalf of myself, I am the owner. Lesley, I live in France with my partner and we really enjoy our visits to Mojacar. We love the beaches and the promenade and mountain walk along the cost. We love to go up to the old Moorish 'Pueblo' the old town with its cobbled streets and spectacular views. Otherwise we just chill on our sunny terrace, at the beach, or enjoy the very varied cuisine Mojacar has to offer.

There is a 5-6 minute walk down to the beach. A promenade skirts the coast among shade-giving palm trees, and it is flanked by numerous varied restaurants, bars, beach bars, supermarkets, shops and places to buy souvenirs. This entire pedestrianised area is very popular with cyclists, walkers & joggers as it benefits from the cool sea breeze. Whatever your activity level, you won’t be disappointed by the gorgeous views of the Mediterranean. The apartment is a 14 minute drive from the lovely historical moorish old town, Mojacar Pueblo.
