The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.
