Villa Marbella is a large villa for holiday rent in Mallorca, Playa de Palma, located 150 meters from the famous beach Playa de Palma and next to all the entertainment facilities that offers El Arenal - Las Maravillas. Villa Marbella has an area of approx. 400 m², distributed between three living floors and offers an ample entrance hall, a large living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped separate kitchen, five bedrooms, four complete bathrooms with showers, and 1 toilet. Also, there are 2 terraces with rest areas where you can enjoy your meals or drinks. Villa Marbella has everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, iron, sheets and towels, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee maker, and much more. The house is located just 150 meters from the beach, well-known thanks to its long promenade with numerous bars, pubs, restaurants, discos, super- and minimarkets, etc. so there is no need to rent a car. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 30 minutes by bus.
