Zen house is a beautiful villa with magnificent sea views, located in the highest part of a hill in the Levantina neighborhood, with views to the city of Sitges and less than 10 minutes by car from the center with all its attractions and sandy beaches. It's less than 30 minutes by car from Barcelona's El Prat airport. This Mediterranean-style house, with 4 rooms with capacity for 9 people, it is distributed over 2 floors and the entrance is on the upper part of the villa, where there is parking for up to 2 cars. The first floor is intended for the rest of all guests with most of the rooms located here. There are 2 double rooms they share a magnificent bathroom with Italian shower, as well as a hot tub that opens onto the terrace with stunning views Sea. One of the rooms has exclusive access to this terrace and shares the same gorgeous blue views. In addition, there are two other bedrooms from which you can see the sea, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. They both share a bathroom with a shower.Parquet has been used in this plant to make it more welcoming. Going down the stairs we come to the open concept living room that reflects the modern Mediterranean lifestyle, colorful and simple by same time. Terrazzo tiles, vaulted arches and large windows that offer panoramic views of the sea from any corner of this room. These are some of the features unforgettable memories of the living room. Includes a dining table with seating for 8 and a comfortable leather sofa facing the fireplace.On the side opposite is the fully equipped kitchen with a bar table, gray slate walls and orange ceiling which is an invitation to cook the most imaginative local meals.

The peaceful neighbourhood of Levantina is situated in the hilltop side of Sitges, which grants stunning views of the deep blue Mediterranean sea and the harbour. It's such a tranquil area that you will listen to the birds tweet in the morning. There's a horse riding club within proximity and a delicious bakery called St. Pièrre right at the entrance to the residential district. You can do your weekly groceries in the Carrefour supermarket which is nearby, just as go out dinner to any of the excellent restaurants in the harbour of Aiguadolç. The nearest beaches are Balmins, which is closer to the center, and La Marina, which is next to Aiguadolç. When staying in a house in Levantina, we will recommend bringing a car to better explore the town of Sitges., even if buses (Line L3) run frequently to the center.
