A wonderful apartment is decorated with vintage treasures and with a wide city view. Unique items take you on a time trip to the past. A large bay window, a magnificent tiled stove and a room height of more than 3 meters breathe the atmosphere of a beautiful Art Nouveau house. The 50 m2 apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a sleeping alcove with a double bed and a loft for two. The living room has a sofa bed and extra bed can be made with floor mattresses. From the hall there is access to the washroom and a separate toilet. Guests can use the entire building, as well as the green and beautiful common courtyard of the house. There is also a laundry room in the house, which can be used for a separate fee. The location of the apartment is central and the transport connections are excellent. Guests traveling by car can also reserve a parking space in the garage for the duration of their visit, which is included in the price of the accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: - Access to the apartment by persons not included in the reservation is prohibited. - The use of drugs or other intoxicating substances is prohibited in the apartment. It is also prohibited to bring dangerous substances and gas cylinders into the apartment. - The apartment may not be rented for the provision of sex or massage services. Violations will result in immediate breach of contract, removal and loss of the damage deposit.

The accommodation is located in the heart of trendy Kallio. There are shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs around, so there is plenty of life, especially on weekends. Transport connections and public transport are lively and smooth. Metro, buses, trams and electric scooters can be found right in front of the door. You can park your car in a secure parking garage. There is a paid parking lot on the street, but on weekends and at night parking is free there as well. From the accommodation, you can walk to the central train station in half an hour, or by public transport, the journey takes about 10 minutes.
