Dear customers, your card can be used to establish a pre-authorization up to the amount of your reservation, to which a fixed amount may be added to cover expenses incurred on site and not included in the Reserved Rate (such as consumption of the restaurant, minibar or tourist tax), or any proven damage to the room made by the Customer. This sum of money is reserved on the account of the Customer carrying the bank card.

Guests are asked to arrive before 23:00. In case of late arrivals, the hotel may re sell your room. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel before 23:00 local time.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 10 euros per day per pet.
