Appart'Hôtel Lauréades Clermont-Ferrand Centre Jaude is situated in the city centre of Clermont-Ferrand, only 3 minutes' walk from the famous Place de Jaude. It offers modern studios that can accommodate up to 3 people. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property. Please note that the establishment's exterior elevator is out of order for an indefinite period. Each studio features an equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge. A TV is included and bed linen and towels are included in the price. The bathrooms are fitted with either a bath or shower. A buffet breakfast is served every morning and includes pastries, bread, yoghurt and cheese. Guests will find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops within 100 metres of the residence.
