The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, this charming 18thᵉ century cottage, rated 4 stars with a breathtaking view of the mountains and Lake Matemale. Ski resort within walking distance! With a surface area of 150 m² and able to accommodate up to 10 travelers, it comprises a pretty 45 m² living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room, four beautiful bedrooms and three shower rooms. BASEMENT : - Entrance hall with heated drying area for ski boots. - Separate WC. - Bike and ski storage. - A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer. GROUND FLOOR : - A 45 m² living room with connected TV and Netflix. - A dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, multi-function food processor, fridge, raclette and fondue set, etc. - Office space. 1ST FLOOR : - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and WC. - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) with en-suite shower room and WC. 2ND FLOOR : - Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160x200) and 2 pull-out beds (90X190). - Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds (90x190) and desk area. - Shower room with WC. Other remarks: - Household linen is not included. They can be provided on request, for a supplement of e20/person.
