It comprises an attractive 11 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a bathroom and a shared garden of around 650 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 11 m² with TV, Wifi, and double sofa bed. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and dining area. - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a TV. - Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Exterior: - A beautiful 650 m² shared garden, facing east/south-east, enclosed and sloping. - A 35² terrace For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, baby bed. Other remarks : - Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
