Le 246: Renovated and bright duplex facing the sea and garden offering all the necessary comfort for a maximum of 4 people. Beautiful spacious terrace (equipped in good weather) to enjoy the view and the sunsets. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a sea view and is equipped with good Queen Size bedding (160x200). Next to it is a beautiful shower room and WC. On the ground floor, sofa bed with a real box spring and mattress (140x200), flat screen TV with international channels (FR, Sky UK, Sky Germany, USA, NL, Belgium, ...), Sport & VOD and free wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, grill oven & microwave, silent fridge and a Senseo coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle. For your comfort, the apartment floor is entirely parquet. A free private parking space is available. Nearby, for your sports activities, you will have the choice between: Golf (1km), Tennis (500m), nautical activities, hikes or steps with among others the GR108 at the foot of the apartment, ...
