Access to the house is via the 2nd floor, on the same level as the street. The accommodation is as follows On the 2nd floor - An independent 25 m² studio with a private entrance from outside and additional access from inside the house. Equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200), kitchenette, shower room and separate WC. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom with bath. - A work area with desk - A separate WC 1st floor (accessed by stairs): - A 45 m² living room including a sitting area with sofas, TV, hi-fi and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A master suite with king-size bed (180×200), shower room with walk-in shower and WC - A separate WC Garden level: - A lounge with a double sofa bed (140×200) - Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
