Set in the centre of a 28 hectare cereal farm. Very peaceful. The beginning of one of the two primary routes of the River Sevre-Nantaise runs through our woodland. Puy du Fou is less than an hour's drive and Futuroscope is about 75 minutes. La Rochelle and the coast is 90 mins. The property has been completely renovated with flat screen TVs in bedrooms and the living room (a smart TV). The wifi is fast and unlimited. The second bedroom has twin beds (80 x 200) which can be joined to become a 160 x 200 bed depending on your requirements. A baby bed, high-chair, and baby bath are all available. Please contact in advance so these can be prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, induction hob, microwave, Ninja multi-cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. There is a modern shower room with toilet and a separate toilet. Also provided - hair dryer, all bedding and towels, recycling and compost bins. The terrace has a gas BBQ (with gas), a table for 6 with parasol, chairs for sun bathing. Domestic pets are possible by separate negotiation. A dog must be kept on a lead at all times outside. Ironing equipment is available on request.
